Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitoring and coordinating for Branch Indent, Stock availabilityat Branch ,Stock availability at central warehousing and coordinatingorder v/s dispatch.

• 2. Attending Monthly meetings of Manager and preparation of Minutes of meeting.
• 3. Updating of route plans Doctors, Stockiest and Followups withFiled staff.
• 4. Monitoring and Updation of Field Coverage System.
• 5. Monitoring Annuity Stockiest Status and Preferred Dealers Status
• 6. Monitoring Samples Distribution Plan
• 7. Finalization of Monthly Primary and Secondary sales.
• 8. Analysis of Primary and Secondary sales- Target v/s Sales HQwise, Region wise, Production wise, Rupee wise, Month wise.
• 9. Incentives Scheme Circular /Plan for the Filed Staff
• 10. Preparation of Region wise summary for Expiry/ Breakage StockSummary on Quarterly basis.
• 11. Monitoring SKU and follow up with all the H.Qs Target v/s Achievement on Fortnightly

SALES CO-ORDINATOR:-

1. Follow up with field staff regarding collection recovery and remittance status.

2. Follow up with distribution regarding the receipt and dispatch of orders, samples etc

3. Providing status of DSR, Weekly report, monthly report and expenses statement to both HOD by format.

4. Follow with the super Stockiest regarding outstanding.

5. Status of Annuity contract and follow up with managers.

6. Ensure by co-ordinating with marketing field regarding individual tour programmers.

7. Ensure by follow up for orders with stockiest

8. follow up with branches and super stockiest for outstanding payment c formfollow up.

9. Follow up with ASM for remittance and recovery
