Sales Coordinator

You will be joining Dotok Communications LLP, a UAE based company expanding its Business in Bengaluru, as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by managing client communication, coordinating with internal departments, tracking leads and orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. To excel in this position, you should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools. You will be required to utilize analytical skills to interpret sales data and demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Additionally, preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation, as well as maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records, will be part of your regular tasks. Effective management of correspondence with clients and team members is crucial, and fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu is preferred. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination. This is a full-time position located in Hoodi, Bengaluru, with a monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000.
