Role & responsibilities Support all promotional & marketing activity Achieve all monthly key KPIs, including conversion, volume and margins Keep up to date with the latest cruise news and products Complete on-going cruise training programs Preferred candidate profile Awareness of cruise campaigns, with substantial knowledge of the cruise industry and products and what sells effectively Must be a Strong and Clear Communicator with excellent telephone manners Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to sell the benefits of cruise over the telephone, live chat & email. Demonstrable record of achieving KPIs, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales Exceptional customer services skills with experience of working in a customer focused environment Perks and benefits Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month + Commission Monday to Friday Weekend on availability Experience Sales: 1 year (Required) travel industry: 1 year (Required) Language English, Hindi & Gujarati
