Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their audio and video needs, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales. Additionally, the role includes maintaining product knowledge, reaching sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will also assist with inventory management and store organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, preferably in the audio/video or electronics industry
• Ability to understand and demonstrate A/V equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus
