Sales Associate Manager Fresher & Experience

As a Sales Associate Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and controlling Agents/IM under your hierarchy in their life insurance business in Jalandhar and Ludhiana. You will ensure the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agents/IM and be vicariously responsible for their actions. You should have a minimum of 07 years of work experience in a Sales Development role, preferably in the life insurance industry or any other sales-related field. Your key responsibilities include recruiting and managing Agents, training and motivating them to understand the market and products better, monitoring their performance, and helping them achieve business targets through customer relationships. You will also be required to meet existing customers regularly to maintain service standards and execute sales strategies to increase market reach and penetration. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication skills, be a graduate or post-graduate with relevant work experience, and have knowledge of the local market.
