Sales Assistant/Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management:Supervising, training, and motivating employees to ensure productivity and excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Operational Oversight:Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Sales Performance:Monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Security and Safety:Implementing measures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
• Compliance:Ensuring the store complies with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Communication:Communicating effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
• Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving issues that arise in the store, such as customer complaints or staff conflicts.
• Leadership:Providing guidance and support to store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
