You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Showroom Sales Executive at our prestigious gold and diamond showroom located in Gandhinagar. As a dynamic and customer-oriented individual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a strong understanding of jewelry products. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, offering information on gold and diamond products, and recommending suitable products based on customer needs and preferences. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, features, and benefits, manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, and handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently. Additionally, you will play a role in visual merchandising, showroom cleanliness, and organization, while working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings will also be an essential part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a high school diploma (a degree in business or related field is preferred), proven experience in retail sales (particularly in jewelry or luxury goods), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach with a passion for sales. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and possess basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
