Sales Assistant

As a member of the Cloud Kitchen Network team, your role will involve identifying and connecting with potential B2B or B2C clients such as corporates, hostels, student groups, and housing societies. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the business. In addition, you may be required to attend local events or activations to generate leads. It will be essential to maintain a CRM/database of prospects and track follow-ups diligently to ensure effective communication and relationship management with clients. The desired qualifications for this role include experience in counseling, coaching, telesales, and customer support. Knowledge of the food industry and business development will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement. You should be capable of developing and executing individualized growth plans while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. An understanding of business strategies and market trends will be beneficial in navigating the dynamic landscape of the food industry. You should be able to track progress, provide constructive feedback, and work towards achieving set targets. A bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Food Science, or a related field is required for this role.
