Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales and Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting our products through tele-sales. This is and office-based role suited for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads by reaching out to potential clients across various channels, and actively work to convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-ups via platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth lead generation, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting and strategy alignment.
• Utilize tools such as Excel, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Desk to manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and streamline communication.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Zoho.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work within a team and manage time effectively.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
