  • Should have good dealership Network in Gurugram.
  • Should have complete knowledge and Experience of Real Estate specially in Commercial / Retail sector.
  • Drive Sales Activities.
  • Monitor Order and Execute right from the initial stage to final stage.
  • Monitor and Manage inventory within targeted norms.
  • Evaluate Sales, Order Booking and Payments etc .
  • Support and train subordinates and give them effective training , related feedback to help develop their skills.
  • To formulate and implement the sales strategy for the project / product.
  • To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must possess patience and the ability to relate tactfully with personnel, subordinates, visitors and the general public.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of Computers.
  • A graduate or equivalent.
  • Presents a neat appearance with a pleasant speaking voice and personality.


  • Should have extensive experience and expertise of Real Estate.


  • Capability to achieve time bound schedules and targets.
  • Should have a vision to provide overall growth of business both on short-term and long-term basis.
  • Handling of strategic responsibilities.
  • Lead multiple large cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management to facilitate projects and ensure performance meets goals consistently.
  • Periodic review of team performance.
  • Capability to achieve time bound schedules and targets.
  • Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain open communication with management .
