Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Handling & Conversion
Reach out to potential customers who have shown interest via WhatsApp or other channels.
Explain Stitch Pleases services, pricing, and benefits confidently and clearly.
Handle objections and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Appointment & Booking Management
Schedule appointments for design consultations, measurements, and trials.
Coordinate with the in-house designer team to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with customers post-appointments to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat orders.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely communication and proactive support.
Track each customer's journey from inquiry to final delivery and ensure a smooth experience.
Reporting & Feedback
Maintain daily records of outreach, leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversions.
Collect feedback from customers to improve the service experience

Preferred candidate profile

2-3 years of experience in field sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Comfortable with society visits and on-ground promotion
Confident in handling WhatsApp leads and booking appointments
Basic knowledge of fashion is a plus
Well-organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Familiarity with Gurgaon preferred
