Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls to potential clients. Your main tasks will include identifying, qualifying, and following up on sales leads, as well as understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. It will be crucial for you to maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data to ensure effective communication and follow-up. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and conduct research for key marketing campaigns. You will also be expected to implement client-driven offline marketing strategies to boost the presence of clients through both organic and paid formulas. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with and onboarding corporate clients, converting leads into customers, and nurturing them into loyal clients. Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with influencers and collaborators to enhance business and brand presence. Proficiency in various marketing tools such as PowerPoint, video shooting and editing, graphics, and other communication forms will be essential for successful client interactions. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 15/07/2025.,
