We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for our real estate business in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for residential or commercial properties. This role also involves coordinating with clients, conducting site visits, and executing marketing strategies to boost property sales. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation through online and offline channels Follow-up with potential buyers and convert leads into sales Conduct site visits and present property features professionally Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure Execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; 1–4 years of experience in real estate or direct sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with Patna’s real estate market is a plus Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
