Wilhelmsen Port Services, India, is looking for a Sales Support and Customer Service Executive.
Who you are:
In this role, you will support the Maritime Logistics Department by efficiently managing all maritime sales support and customer service activities. Reporting to the Customer Service & Documentation Manager Maritime Logistics (India), you will ensure proactive and professional service at all times.

Required experience and skills:

Graduate in any field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator. Experience in Customer Service Executive or in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Excellent Communication skills, good command over English (written and verbal)

Ability to work with the company’s software systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Continuously plan and achieve customer satisfaction, in accordance with the Annual Action Plan (AAP), Yearly Objectives and as per agreed KPIs;

Work on potential new offers, expand the client base; develop existing offers by good customer service, as agreed and in accordance with the KPIs.

Extend Credit approvals with the approval from the Country Logistics Manager and manage the credit control, in line with the agreed terms as decided by the Country Logistics Manager

Be the maritime logistics expert towards our market.

Actively do Port representation Georgia Port Authority (GPA), generate freight forwarding sales, handle nomination shipments, generate management reports on the agreed deadlines.

Work on end-to-end last mile deliveries with professional handling.

Maintaining of all India Inventory.
-
Working as per Principal’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for booking copy, Quotation/Offer letter.

Tank allocation for Cost Insurance & Freight (CIF) & Free on Board (FOB) booking.
-
Special Tank preparation coordination with depot / principal.
-
Preparing Request for Quote (RFQ’s) and sending it to accounts for Offer.

Maintaining Rate Sheet.

Tank release order for CIF shipments – Obtaining Cleaning Certificate (CC) & Tank Certificate (TC).
-
Booking Sheet / Offer / Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
-
Arranging Empty Movement Local & Exim.
-
Preparing Load Count report.
-
Longstanding Container Report.
-
Processing vendor invoices.
-
Keeping track of customer’s loading plan and accordingly placing bookings with Carriers.
-
Following up with Carrier for Haz Approval & confirm booking.
-
Following up for Dangerous Goods (DG) indexing follow-up.
-
Updating SOC details on carrier’s website.
-
Keeping track of Vessel opening window for placing booking and coordinating with Carrier & principal appropriately.
-
Placement of Tanks as per shipper’s stuffing schedule.
-
Coordinating with transporter for availability of Vehicle and accordingly issuing Tank Release order.
-
Keeping track of the trailers reaching customers factory, leaving from factory, arriving at Nhava Sheva.
-
Co-ordinating with Custom House Agent (CHA) for customer clearance for all ex-work shipments.
-
Keeping track on Vessel gate opening & cut off, accordingly providing instructions to CHA for offloading in buffer or detaining the tank on trailer.

Updating Buffer Yard List to principal.
-
Arranging Vanning survey.
-
Co-ordinating with accounts team for payment.
-
Ensure fully support and report according to the process towards accidents/incidents investigation and reporting, customer complaints handling, improvement potentials registering; and audit findings follow up.

Responsible to follow Quality Health Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policies, guidelines, procedures and legal and other requirements established by the company.
