Sale Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for the Sale Executive will focus on selling a range of cruise products, providing expert advice and offering exceptional service to all customers.

Roles & Responsibilties:

• Support all promotional & marketing activity
• Achieve all monthly key KPIs, including conversion, volume and margins
• Keep up to date with the latest cruise news and products
• Complete on-going cruise training programs

Skills:

• Awareness of cruise campaigns, with substantial knowledge of the cruise industry and products and what sells effectively
• Must be a Strong and Clear Communicator with excellent telephone manners
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to sell the benefits of cruise over the telephone, live chat & email.
