Fabrication & Steel Works Direct and monitor steel structural repairs including hull and superstructure. Oversee pipeline fabrication, modifications, and repairs. Manage lathe, milling, and general fabrication workshop activities. 3. Electrical, Hydraulic & Automation Systems Supervise repairs and maintenance of hydraulic systems, automation systems, and electrical equipment. Manage motor rewinding and other electrical component restoration. Coordinate diagnostics and troubleshooting for onboard automation systems. 4. Team Leadership & Operations Lead a team of service engineers, technicians, and workshop staff across multiple technical disciplines. Plan and allocate jobs, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational efficiency, and quality standards. 5. Client Coordination & Reporting Liaise with clients for job planning, progress updates, and technical discussions. Prepare and submit job completion reports, cost estimates, and service documentation. 6. Future Responsibilities (Phase 3) Lead and expand operations to include underwater repair and service jobs. Build and train underwater services team and ensure compliance with relevant safety and marine standards. Qualification Location : Turbhe Experience: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant experience in marine/mechanical repair services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary systems, automation, and steel fabrication. Familiarity with marine safety standards, class requirements, and repair codes.
