Scrum Master Responsibilities (Team Level): Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) while ensuring alignment with SAFe cadence (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt). Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe Core Values (alignment, built-in quality, transparency, program execution).
