Job Description We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes and workflows. Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high performance and reliability. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA applications post-deployment. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development. Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. Familiarity with SQL and database management. Understanding of process mapping and workflow design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
