Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated RPA Developer to join our Automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes. Analyse current business processes and identify automation opportunities. Create and maintain process documentation and technical specifications. Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of developed bots. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and subject matter experts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing RPA processes. Follow RPA best practices for coding, exception handling, logging, and reusability. Provide support for UAT and production environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development. Strong proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Experience with object-oriented programming (C#, .NET, Java, or Python is a plus). Understanding of web services, APIs, and data structures (JSON, XML, SQL). Familiarity with process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Certification in any RPA platform (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience with AI/ML integrations in automation Exposure to RPA orchestrator/control room Familiarity with agile methodologies Knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath Process Mining
