Competencies: Knowledge and Skills: Plastics Processing: Strong knowledge of plastics material processing with injection molding machines. Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output. Calibration: Calibrate process equipment in accordance with IATF requirements. Continuous Improvement: Proven ability in OEE improvement . Identify areas for cost savings and implement projects to achieve them. Improve productivity through methods like SMED and cycle time reduction . Process Control: Standardize process parameters to produce a defect-free product. Software: Experience working with SAP .
