Job Title: Legal Executive Experience Required: 4 Years Industry: Recycling/Manufacturing Timing: 10 am to 7 pm Indian Holidays. 22 Leaves ( as per pro-rata basis ) Job Description: We are seeking a competent and motivated Legal Executive with at least 4 years of experience in handling legal matters in the recycling or manufacturing sector . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in litigation , statutory compliance , ROC filings , and interfacing with government bodies . Familiarity with contract management involving external stakeholders like Key Responsibilities: Manage and represent the company in civil, criminal, and labor court cases , including drafting responses, attending hearings, and coordinating with external legal counsel. Liaise with government departments , particularly the Pollution Control Board , local municipal authorities , labor departments , and environmental regulators , ensuring timely filings and resolution of issues. Oversee ROC filings , ensure compliance with Companies Act , and manage secretarial documentation in coordination with internal or external company secretaries. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and sales agreements with external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Labour Laws , Shops & Establishments Act , Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act , and other applicable industrial and environmental regulations. Implement and monitor internal governance policies , ensuring organization-wide legal compliance. Evaluate potential legal risks and provide actionable legal insights to management to support business and operational decisions. Maintain and update a repository of all licenses, approvals, litigation records , and compliance documents . Prepare and present regular legal reports and compliance updates to management. Handle ad-hoc legal assignments and tasks as required by the management team. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in court proceedings , case management, and coordination with external legal counsel . Practical knowledge of dealing with government bodies and understanding of environmental compliance related to the recycling industry. Solid understanding of company law , contract law , and commercial transactions . Ability to manage multiple legal functions with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills . Comfortable working independently and handling external stakeholders and government authorities.

Role & responsibilities We are Looking CS who has experience in handling company secretary role individually & the compliances. Also, having around 5 to 10 years experience. Ensure the company complies with all statutory obligations under the Companies Act and other applicable laws. Maintain and update all statutory records, registers, and documents. Draft agendas, prepare board meeting packs, record minutes, and follow up on board decisions. Coordinate with internal departments and legal advisors on contracts, property matters, licenses (especially hotel industry-specific like FSSAI, Pollution Control Board, Excise, etc.), and regulatory filings. Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain discretion and confidentiality. Familiarity with hotel operations, licensing, and government inspections. Preferred candidate profile Associate/Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Knowledge of SEBI guidelines, BSE compliance portals, and MCA filings is essential.
