Robotics Lab Trainer

As a Robotics Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, activities, and projects focused on robotics. Your role will involve covering various areas such as mechanics, programming, and AI to cater to learners of different skill levels, from beginners to advanced. In this position, you will lead classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one tutorials to guide students through building, programming, and testing robotic systems. It will be crucial to ensure that students grasp the fundamental concepts and can effectively troubleshoot any issues that arise during the learning process. Assessing student performance, offering constructive feedback, and adapting your teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining robotics kits, electronic components, software, and other resources in the lab to ensure they are current and operational. Safety protocols in the lab must be implemented and upheld by you to create a secure learning environment for students. Furthermore, you will mentor and support students in their robotics projects and competition participation. Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the robotics field, artificial intelligence, and programming is essential. You will be expected to integrate this knowledge into your training sessions to provide relevant and cutting-edge information to students. As a Robotics Instructor, you will also be involved in planning and organizing robotics workshops, competitions, and exhibitions to foster learning and engagement among students. Your educational background should include a bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in robotics programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Scratch, and familiarity with popular robotics platforms like LEGO Mindstorms and Arduino are required for this role. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule, based in Patna, Bihar. Relocation or reliable commuting to this location is necessary. Fluency in English is preferred for effective communication in this role.,
