Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Management Trainee to enhance customer experience and streamline service coordination within our automotive operations. Candidates with a background in mechanical or automobile engineering and a strong interest in client engagement are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers
• Assist in scheduling vehicle services, follow-ups, and addressing customer queries
• Liaise with the service department to ensure timely updates and vehicle delivery
• Communicate service needs and technical details in a customer-friendly manner
• Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of services and customer interactions

• Educational qualification: Degree/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
