You will be joining our engineering team as an RF System Integration Engineer, where your main responsibility will be to integrate, test, and validate complex RF systems and subsystems. This involves ensuring optimal performance across various frequencies and environments. Your key skills will include integrating RF systems and subsystems such as antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors. You will also be developing test plans, conducting RF testing and validation (e.g., S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, VSWR), analyzing system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools, identifying and troubleshooting issues at system and component levels, and recommending and implementing design or process improvements. Collaboration with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams will be essential to ensure that RF performance meets specifications. Additionally, you will be supporting lab setup, instrumentation calibration, and documentation for RF test environments. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles. A solid understanding of RF concepts like impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation is crucial. Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters) and familiarity with RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB are preferred. Knowledge of active & passive RF devices, cables, connectors, and understanding of EMI/EMC and their impact on RF systems will be beneficial.
