Collaboration with engineering and quality teams will be essential to ensure build accuracy and quality. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering along with 10+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle assembly, prototyping, or workshop builds. Strong practical skills and in-depth knowledge of 3-wheelers, particularly chassis, drivetrain, and brake systems, are required. You must demonstrate a proven ability to diagnose root causes of issues and implement effective fixes. Being based in Pune, India is a prerequisite, and a basic understanding of English is required, with Hindi being a plus.
