Revit Modeler & Detailer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeler & Detailer with strong expertise in architectural and structural modelling, specifically for Canadian and North American projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Revit and a good understanding of point cloud workflows for As-Built modelling. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed architectural and structural Revit models based on design documents and markups Develop construction-ready drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with Canadian standards and client requirements Generate architectural and structural shop drawings from Revit models Convert point cloud scans into accurate As-Built Revit models Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks (if applicable) Maintain model integrity, accuracy, and version control throughout project lifecycle Support BIM workflows and collaborate with offshore/onsite teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Revit modelling and detailing (Architectural & Structural) Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing practices Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and working drawing practices Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on Canadian or North American projects Handling point cloud data for As-Built modelling in Revit is preferred.
