With 22+ stores across 10 cities, serving 45,000+ customers and processing 4+ tons of garments daily, were seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to join our team in Surat.

Job Responsibilities

Store Operations & Customer Experience: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience in our Live Dry Cleaning Studio.

Sales & Membership Growth: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and membership enrollments to boost revenue and customer loyalty.

Inventory & Invoicing: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and handle invoicing processes efficiently.

Local Marketing & Outreach: Conduct market visits, engage with local communities, and promote TLH services to expand our customer base.

Performance Reporting: Track store performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Who Were Looking For

Experience: 2+ years in retail sales or customer service; freshers with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, and positive attitude with a passion for delivering results.

Availability: Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 10 AM 8 PM.
