Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly Counter Salesman to join our Raymond showroom team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for fashion and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome customers and understand their clothing needs (formal wear, casuals, ethnic, suiting & shirting) * Suggest and showcase suitable clothing options based on customer preferences and occasions * Assist with fabric selection, measurement coordination, and tailoring requests * Provide product details including fabric quality, fitting, colors, and styles * Manage counter billing, exchanges, and payments accurately * Maintain an organized and attractive counter display * Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to the store’s performance * Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and politely * Stay updated with the latest trends in men’s fashion and Raymond collections
