Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team at the Submarine Pens retail outlet located in Chennai T-1 Domestic Departure Area. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in retail sales, specifically in writing instruments, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products. - Stay informed about product offerings and new arrivals. - Meet individual and store sales targets. - Manage cash transactions and billing operations efficiently. - Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store. - Monitor and report inventory levels as needed. - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and support. Eligibility Criteria: - Education: Minimum 12th Pass. - Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar retail sales role, preferably in writing instrument sales. - Freshers need not apply. - Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Hindi, or the local language. - Availability: Willingness to work 9-hour rotational shifts. Documents Required (for Airport Entry Pass & Training): - E-Aadhaar Card - White Background Photo (Soft Copy + 8 Hard Copies) - Signed Appointment Letter - Local Police Verification Certificate (PVC) - Valid Rental Agreement with Notary Seal and Signature - Signature Copy - Surrender Certificate (if previously employed at the airport) Joining & Training Process: - Candidates will undergo AVSEC (Airport Security) Training. - Attendance at AVSEC training is mandatory. - Upon completion, a training certificate will be issued within 1 week. - Submission of the certificate and other documents to the Airport Office is required. - Airport Entry Pass (valid for one month) will be issued within a week after submission. Important Note: - The entire joining process may take up to one month. - Salary commencement is subject to receiving the Airport Entry Pass and officially starting work at the store.
