Retail Representative

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers in selecting products, while also promoting the store's products and brand values. Providing detailed information on product benefits, usage, and nutritional value is crucial. Your goal will be to actively drive in-store sales to meet monthly targets. Additionally, maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and clean, and conducting tastings and demos for new or key products to boost conversions are essential tasks. Handling POS billing, managing cash/card transactions accurately, maintaining records of daily sales and customer feedback, assisting in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO), and building strong rapport with regular customers to enhance customer retention are part of your duties. It is important to stay updated on all current offers, product knowledge, and seasonal promotions. Requirements for this role include having 1-3 years of experience in retail/FMCG sales (organic/natural food experience is a plus), strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to upsell and cross-sell products confidently, a customer-focused mindset with a pleasing personality, and basic knowledge of billing systems and retail operations. This is a full-time job with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in-person. Shift availability is preferred for the day shift.
