Retail Fashion Consultant

As a Retail Fashion Consultant at our store in Hyderabad, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding the perfect styles, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, warmly welcoming them and offering personalized assistance. By understanding their needs and preferences, you will help them make informed fashion selections by providing detailed information on product features, fabric, fit, and styling options. Your goal will be to exceed monthly sales targets and handle customer queries effectively to ensure a seamless shopping experience. In addition to customer service and sales, you will be involved in store operations and inventory management. This includes supporting cash handling, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels. Your role will also encompass visual merchandising and store organization, where you will set up and organize store merchandise to enhance the customer experience, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and assist with in-store promotions and seasonal displays. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in fashion retail or customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for fashion and styling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales goals. Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is required, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons is essential. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits, offering a day shift schedule. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana. Prior experience of at least 1 year in the retail industry is preferred.
