Consulting Partner Sales Performance | Sales Transformation | Sales Enablement | Strategic Account Management Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Consulting Partner Sales Performance & Transformation to lead client engagements in sales capability building, sales transformation, and strategic sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Sales Consulting, Sales Strategy, Leadership Coaching, and Sales Process Design with proven experience across industries such as eCommerce, Consumer Goods, Retail, IT Services, and Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Sales Consulting & Transformation: Lead end-to-end sales performance improvement programs for clients across diverse industries. Analyze client sales strategy, structure, and process gaps, and provide actionable transformation roadmaps. Design and implement Strategic Account Management (SAM) frameworks for large accounts. Sales Capability Development & Training: Develop customized sales training programs leveraging globally recognized methodologies Deliver sales management coaching workshops for front-line managers and sales leaders. Drive sales enablement initiatives focusing on skills like consultative selling, opportunity management, and account growth. Leadership Development & Coaching: Coach Sales Leaders and Business Heads on effective sales management practices and leadership behaviors. Facilitate leadership workshops and change management interventions to support sales transformation. Client Engagement & Business Development: Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, Sales Directors, and Business Leaders. Drive client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth for the consulting practice. Lead pre-sales proposals, solution design, and stakeholder presentations. Process Re-engineering & Technology Enablement: Consult on Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for sales and customer engagement processes. Provide advisory on CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and ERP implementations, particularly for sales and customer service functions. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 20+ years in Sales Consulting, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Senior Leadership roles in Sales/Marketing/Operations Prior experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, IT Consulting, ERP Consulting, or eCommerce is highly preferred.
