Craft tailored resumes that highlight the candidate's strengths and align with specific job requirements in the IT industry. Optimize resumes for ATS compatibility by incorporating relevant keywords and adhering to industry standards. Develop additional application materials such as cover letters and LinkedIn profiles to support the candidate's job search efforts. Provide ongoing support and revisions based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction and success in the job application process. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in professional resume writing, with a focus on IT roles. Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into compelling resume content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other resume writing tools. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
