Job Description

Designation - Restaurant captaion
Education - Any GraduateExperience - 1 to 5 year

Greet guests and ensure they are seated comfortably.
Assign sections and tables to servers and ensure service standards are met.
Take food and beverage orders during peak hours or VIP service.
Supervise and support waitstaff in service delivery.
Train and guide new team members on service procedures and standards.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of dining area and staff.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
Assist in managing inventory levels of dining essentials (napkins, cutlery, condiments).
Uphold and enforce all food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
