WORK PROFILE The Development Manager will work with the Executive Director, Anushkaa Foundation to cultivate and manage relationship with Indian corporate, philanthropic foundations, U/HNI donors. The Development Manager will be responsible for: Active Donors: Ensure timely submission of grant compliance reports for current donors by actively coordinating with program, monitoring & evaluation, and finance team. Coordinate the development process for renewal of current grants. Coordinate and manage troubleshooting, field visits, information sourcing, query handling, patient stories, videos, and other requirements of donors as may come up. Coordinate campaigns in partnership with giving platforms by working with the internal communications team. Developing prospects and pipeline: Prepare and update plans for review of fundraising activities by board members. Conduct desk research of companies, philanthropic foundations in India and overseas to identify potential donors Modify the pitch deck, emails, concept notes, proposals as required to build engagement with potential donors. Set up calls / meetings with prospective donors and address their requirements. Communication: Work with the communications team to develop marketing materials to support the fundraising strategy and engage with donors Education & Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising and / or business development. Associate Manager - Grants ICRISAT seeks applications from dynamic and professional personnel for the position of Associate Manager - Grants . The incumbent will be responsible for the Post-Award Grant Management responsibilities and will work closely with the Grants Manager. The position is based in India and will support our Business Development activities globally. The incumbent will report directly to the Director - Business Development. Responsibilities: Review, process and submission of project reports (both email, hardcopy and online submission) to donors, adhering to due dates and following internal procedures; Alert the respective Principal Investigators (PIs) on due financial and technical reports Thoroughly check all the documents and reports, editing, and formatting, liaise with the PIs for any additional inputs, if needed. Follow up with PIs to ensure timely submission of reports. Coordinate with finance colleagues on financial reports to be submitted along with the technical reports, invoices, audited statements, review of audit questionnaires, etc. Manage and enhance our CRM system to serve as a centralized platform for managing our relationships with our donors and partners. Support the coordination of resource mobilization initiatives and activities, including the development of grants management tools to ensure the effective engagement of stakeholders in raising resources for the institute. Collate data on donor intelligence and mapping to assist the Business Development Unit in devising effective resource mobilization and fundraising strategies. Contribute to the generation of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on project pipelines, grants and contracts periodically, as required by the management. Advise research programs and working groups on relevant donor requirements/compliance, potential funding opportunities, changes in donor priorities, and ensure quality grant management for all related projects. Support the other Business Development Unit staff in business development activities. Any other responsibility as directed by the Director, Business Development. Competencies: Ability to deal tactfully under pressure, deliver under tight schedules, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Works well with others, is self-motivated. Ability to closely liaise with donors and partners at all levels. Ability to interact with leaders and staff of the different units. Ability to proactively liaise with the researchers and line staff across different cultures and geographies. Ability to facilitate multi-locational administrative processes/procedures. An effective Project Manager. Ability to manage tasks independently or with limited supervision to meet agreed timelines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and IT tools like Salesforce. Experience with Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage. Requirements: Masters in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field. At least 8-10 years of experience in business development, grant management and/or project management within the international development or research sectors . Experience working with various teams and functions, and working directly supporting research and/or program delivery teams. Ability to effectively manage and coordinate with geographically dispersed teams throughout all stages of the donor grant lifecycle. Experience managing donor compliance, technical and financial reporting. Ability to analyze and synthesize information and strong attention to detail Outstanding people skills: strong ability to communicate constructively across culturally diverse teams and contribute to a pleasant work environment Solid organizational skills: ability to be flexible and to work within a dynamic team environment Knowledge of related IT-enabled or CRM (customer relationship management) tools like Salesforce, MS Office products, etc. is necessary. The Senior Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the Project in West Garo Hills District and shall be overseeing and executing IPSI activities at the district level. This role includes ensuring effective project implementation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and managing resources to achieve project objectives. The officer will act as a key liaison between various stakeholders, including the IPSI, IIPHS, District Administration, and State Health officials. Key responsibilities include: Support secondary data analysis to identify gaps in service availability and performance across HWCs. Assist in the design and execution of the facility survey to validate secondary data and assess readiness for all 12-service packages. Plan and facilitate group consultations and solutioning sessions with district and block-level health officials. Document consultation processes, insights, and emerging recommendations. Assist in identifying thematic priorities for cross learning based on service delivery gaps and district team needs. Prepare pre-learning and post-learning documentation, including reflection notes and action plans. Support logistics, scheduling, and materials for exposure visits/webinars. Support the design of training modules. Coordinate training delivery, including managing invitations, materials, and on-site support. Support analysis of training evaluation data and preparation of reports. Support facility-level assessments by reviewing documentation, registers, and infrastructure compliance with NQAS. Assist with the design and delivery of orientation and capacity-building sessions for HWC staff. Collate data and prepare district presentations or reports on NQAS certification support. Support the field-testing of coaching modules alongside state and IPSI central technical teams. Conduct and support training sessions for PHC teams. Facilitate and monitor PHC-HWC interactions, team coaching sessions, and feedback loops. Support collection of qualitative and quantitative data for the evaluation component. Work with PHC teams to adapt coaching content to real-time feedback and field needs. Oversee the planning and phased implementation of the VHC-HWC communication and linkage intervention in selected Health and Wellness Centers. Coordinate field teams and supervise Field teams across blocks and health facilities. Facilitate stakeholder engagement with District Health Authorities, HWC teams, and community leaders. Plan and facilitate workshops, trainings, and regular reflection sessions with the field team and key stakeholders. Support data collection processes, including the process and outcome evaluations. Prepare periodic technical and progress reports for IPSI and partner institutions. Any other task assigned by the PI from time to time. Qualification: Essential: Master s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Development, or related field. Experience: Essential: Minimum 1 year in community-based public health interventions, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Strong understanding of the primary healthcare system and community engagement strategies in rural or tribal contexts Ability to travel frequently within West Garo Hills. Desirable: Fluency in local languages (Garo). Public Health knowledge Familiarity with the district s geography and health system.
