Reservations Ticketing Agent

You will be employed as a Reservations Ticketing Agent at Signix Holidays Pvt Ltd on a full-time basis at our Kozhikode location. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing travel reservations and addressing customers" ticketing requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This entails activities like booking and confirming reservations, handling adjustments and cancellations, and furnishing details regarding travel schedules. Your coordination with clients will be crucial to ensuring precise fulfillment of all travel needs, surpassing their expectations. Ideally, you should have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills. Your proficiency in making reservations and utilizing ticketing systems will be vital. Customer service acumen, a good understanding of the Travel & Tourism sector, and the ability to upsell travel products are also essential. Attention to detail, the capability to operate efficiently under pressure, and adeptness with computer systems and reservation software are key requirements. Previous exposure to the travel agency or hospitality industry is advantageous, while a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory, with a degree in Travel & Tourism being a beneficial asset.,
