Minimum 15 years of academic experience, including significant leadership roles such as Dean, Associate Dean, or Department Chair. Proven track record in research and scholarly publications with successful funding/grant acquisition. Deep understanding of regulatory and accreditation frameworks relevant to pharmacy education. Strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in curriculum design, academic audits, and outcome-based education.
