Community Engagement and Industry Collaboration Build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders. Represent the college in external academic, healthcare, and industry forums. Student Affairs and Support Champion student success initiatives including academic advising, career counseling, and placement support. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Candidate Profile Required Qualifications Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Pharmacy or a closely related field. Minimum 15 years of academic experience, including significant leadership roles such as Dean, Associate Dean, or Department Chair. Proven track record in research and scholarly publications with successful funding/grant acquisition. Deep understanding of regulatory and accreditation frameworks relevant to pharmacy education. Strong interpersonal, strategic planning, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in curriculum design, academic audits, and outcome-based education. Demonstrated success in academic administration and budget management. Awareness of global trends and emerging technologies in pharmacy education.
