Dear Candidate, We are seeking a Data Scientist Manager to lead a team in building advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models to support business decisions and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Guide the development of predictive models, data mining, and statistical analysis. Manage data science projects from concept to production deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven objectives and KPIs. Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in ML and AI. Ensure data governance, quality, and model explainability standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data science methodologies. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML). Leadership and project management experience. Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
