The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role entails responsibility for software development, maintenance, monitoring, problem resolution of both front- and back-end systems development solutions within .NET, Relativity or other eDiscovery tools. This position involves participation in projects across all SDLC lifecycles, from project inception to maintenance phase, focusing on analyzing, writing, building, and deploying software solutions of high quality. You will be accountable for creating and maintaining moderate to highly complex solutions addressing the informational and analytical needs of various groups, including data infrastructure, reporting, and applications. Your responsibilities will encompass all project lifecycle phases, such as requirements definition, solution design, application development, and system testing. You are expected to analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions that interface with existing applications. Documentation maintenance for work processes and procedures, making improvement suggestions, adhering to approved work changes, and providing backup support for projects are part of the role. Effective interaction and partnership across internal business teams, team planning, growth strategy assistance, InfoSec compliance execution, participation in system upgrades, and training on business functionality for system end users are also integral. You will work with minimal supervision, making a range of established decisions, escalating to the Manager when necessary, and providing regular updates. Adaptability, quick learning, and a big picture approach in project work are key attributes expected from you. Minimum Education Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience.
