Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers Understand client needs and offer appropriate financial products or services Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewals as part of sales outreach Provide accurate information on products, services, policies, and processes Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally Maintain up-to-date client records, activity logs, and interaction history Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth documentation Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, credit, and customer service Achieve monthly/quarterly sales or relationship management targets Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and competitor offerings Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field 13 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services Basic knowledge of financial products or services (e.g., loans, insurance, investments)
