Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with students and partners, and driving sales and finance-related initiatives. The role includes handling inquiries, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
