Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and financial planning.
Roles and Responsibility

Address HNI clients'' investment requirements through exclusive product offerings and superior service delivery.

Develop and implement marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers and formulate acquisition initiatives.

Manage a group of HNI clients, providing financial products to meet their needs and deepening relationships by cross-selling to mapped broking clients.

Enhance customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet and ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.

Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing and profiling customers to provide tailored financial solutions.

Implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the wealth management sector.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is an added advantage.

Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and financial planning.

Strong understanding of financial products, including debt, structures, equities, mutual funds, and fund-based real estate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HNI clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
