Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in wealth management, with a strong background in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibility

Reconcile positions and balances on client accounts, investigate and resolve breaks to ensure accurate records for client reporting.

Manage security referential data within the client reporting systems, including security pricing and data integrity checks.

Proactively manage deadlines and SLAs to ensure timely delivery of reports and services.

Prepare bespoke client reports for AWM clients, including metrics and management reports.

Respond to Sales client statement and reporting related queries, providing prompt and professional solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Job

Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record and relevant experience in wealth management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, focusing on client relationship management and reporting.

Possess strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and services, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in using technology and software applications, with excellent technical skills and adaptability.
