The Relationship Manager will manage banking and investment relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), ensuring customer satisfaction, portfolio growth, and deepening of relationships across multiple financial products. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Manage a portfolio of HNI clients under the YES FIRST segment Deliver superior customer service and maintain high relationship value Act as the single point of contact for all banking and financial needs Business Development Drive growth across liabilities (CASA), retail assets, investments, insurance, forex, and cards Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell full suite of banking products Achieve revenue and acquisition targets through deepening and new client acquisition Investment & Financial Advisory Provide end-to-end financial planning and advisory Recommend wealth and investment solutions to suit client risk profiles Generate fee income through third-party investment products Compliance & Process Adherence Ensure complete and accurate documentation and client profiling Adhere to internal risk, audit, and operational guidelines Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate (Postgraduate preferred) Certifications: AMFI/NISM/IRDA preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills High networking ability and client-centric approach Knowledge of retail banking products, financial markets, and regulatory guidelines Proficient in MS Office Why Join Us?
