Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Acquire new business clients for current and savings accounts, loans, and other business banking services.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and financial solutions.
Sales & Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets for business accounts and related products.
Market Understanding:
Stay informed about local business trends and competitors to effectively pitch business banking solutions.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all transactions and documentation adhere to regulatory requirements. Maintain CRM records and report to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in
retail banking
or
business banking
.
Skills:
Strong relationship management, communication, and sales skills.
Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with Jaipur's business market is preferred.
