We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide expert advice on investment planning and wealth management. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of customer service. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in microfinance or mutual funds, with a strong track record of success. Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations, including inclusive banking and microfinance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing market conditions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client portfolios and communicate effectively.
