Job Description

As a Business Development professional in our organization, your responsibilities will include team management, customer relationship management, and channel management for LRD business. Your main duties will involve sourcing new customers in the MNC/Large Conglomerate segment to achieve a book growth of 500 Crs. It will be crucial to maintain strong relationships with existing large account customers while ensuring that portfolio quality is maintained at 100% standard. Additionally, you will be responsible for portfolio management and book growth specifically for the LRD business segment, as well as maintaining relationships with Residuary companies. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with an educational background in Engineering paired with an MBA, or alternatively in Science, CA, or CFA.
