Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment finance or related fields. Roles and Responsibility
Generate leads through open market, suppliers, dealers, and OEMs.
Coordinate with clients for documentation and login cases until sanctions and disbursements.
Maintain login, disbursal, and IRR numbers as per targets.
Handle collections, insurance, and post-disbursal documents (PDDs).
Develop new asset/dealer/OEM tie-ups if required.
Manage PDD, collections, and insurance for the region''s cases.

Job
Any graduate with 1-2 years of experience in engineering/industrial equipment finance, medical equipment finance, IT equipment finance, or premium auto finance.
Conversant with financial products such as loans and lease products.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Familiarity with digital platforms and tools is an added advantage.
