Role & Responsibilities

Relationship Manager Emerging Enterprises Group (EEG) /Micro Enterprises Group (MEG)

Delhi NCR


  • Manage and grow the portfolio of Emerging Enterprises clients through regular branch visits, lead generation, and customer meetings.
  • Facilitate end-to-end loan processing including documentation, financial analysis, and coordination with credit and operations teams.
  • Cross-sell banking products like CASA, credit cards, and insurance tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure timely renewals, compliance with CAM/OBA conditions, and accurate record-keeping (SPE, CRM, call memos).
  • Handle delinquency cases with rigorous follow-up and client coordination.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring high service standards and quick resolution of complaints.

Delhi NCR Emerging Enterprises Group (EEG) Role Specifics:


  • Conduct regular

    branch visits

    and participate in

    morning meetings

    to drive lead generation and relationship activation.
  • Plan and execute

    joint customer calls

    with branch staff to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Implement

    catchment area activities

    , spot sanctions, and

    branch-level campaigns

    to increase sourcing momentum.
  • Manage the complete credit cycle including

    documentation checks, financial assessment, KYC, legal/valuation coordination

    , and file submission.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in

    CRM systems

    ; follow up on leads and document branch engagements.
  • Promote a

    full suite of financial products

    including CASA, credit cards, and insurance through cross-sell opportunities.
  • Review performance with branches and cluster leadership to align efforts with overall business goals under EEG.

Moga & Zira RM-MEG Role Specifics:


  • Engage with micro enterprises in rural and semi-urban geographies.
  • Identify local market opportunities through field visits, supplier/buyer ecosystems, and regional trade bodies.
  • Drive loan origination and service delivery with a high level of

    ownership and turnaround time management

    .
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all banking needs of assigned micro-enterprise clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA / CA
  • Experience:

    1-3 years in relationship management or sales within banking/NBFC
  • Skills:

    Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, pressure handling, and coordination across teams
  • Others:

    Willingness to travel moderately and meet business targets through proactive client engagement.
