Key Responsibilities of an ABSLI FLS within HDFC Bank's Bancassurance Channel: Sales and Business Development: Acquire new customers and generate sales leads through the bank's customer base.  Meet and exceed sales targets for life insurance products.  Promote and cross-sell insurance products to existing bank customers.  Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.  Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and concerns.  Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a thorough understanding of ABSLI's life insurance products and policies.  Participate in training programs and stay updated on product knowledge.  Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.  Lead Management and Follow-up: Effectively manage leads generated through the bank's channels.  Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry, is often preferred.  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and bank staff.  Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse individuals.  Product Knowledge: A good understanding of life insurance products and concepts is crucial.  Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.  Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to sales and service.  Target Orientation: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
